How much do you charge for a visit to offer advice?
Nothing. Our visits are free to offer you advice on your requirements, and nor will be try and sell you anything, ask you to sign any documents. As a family run business we treat our customers as we treat our own family.

So when can you visit?
We can visit you during the day, night or weekends.

I have seen a kitchen I like in a local store, can you install it for me?
Of course we can, in fact we prefer it when the customer knows exactly what they want. We can also do the same with bathroom suites.

I am disabled can you accommodate for my needs?
Of cours,e we can adapt and modify your original or new kitchen, bedroom or bathroom to suit you and yur families requirments. For example, we can lower or raise washing up areas; lower, higher or pull out worktops, these are just some of the things we can do for you. If you need it, we can and will do it for you.

What is a 4-Piece Bathroom Suite?
A 4-Piece Bathroom Suite is made up of 4 individual ceramic fixtures. These are the toilet pan, toilet cistern, wash basin and a pedestal.

What is a 5-Piece Bathroom Suite?
A 5-Piece Bathroom Suite is made up of 5 individual ceramic fixtures. These are the toilet pan, toilet cistern, wash basin, pedestal and a bidet.

What is a Dual-Flush Toilet?
A Dual-Flush Toilet allows the user 2 flushing strengths - either low capacity or high capacity, this helps conserve water.

What is a Push-Button Flush?
A Push-Button Flush is the pushable fitting that controls a toilets flushing mechanism.

I am just looking to have a shower installed?
No problem. Purchase the shower unit yourself and we can install it, or leave us to select the best unit and install that for you.
